Luxury Bridal Appointment

Our Luxury Bridal Appointments give you access to our Boutique experience for you and up to 4 guests. You have exclusive use of the boutique for an hour and half and one to one time with one of our expert style consultants.

Naturally there’s complimentary Prosecco & Refreshments for you and your guests, and our famous luxury gift bag when you find your gown.

We understand plans can change, so please let us know if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to do so 72 hours before your appointment will incur a £30 fee.

Appointment fees cannot be transferred to a different appointment type.

Bridesmaid Appointment

Our Bridesmaid appointment allows you to try on and purchase Pretty Lavish bridesmaids from a boutique. Bring the girls and have a fab time putting together your bridal party look. You’ll have exclusive use of our boutique for a 1-hour appointment

£30 appointment fee is refundable upon purchase of your bridesmaids dresses

Accessories Appointment

Our standard accessory appointments are available Tuesday - Friday One of our bridal consultants will be able to guide you through the pieces we have available in the boutique. 30-minute accessory appointment with full access to our range of headpieces and veils.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The boutique comfortably seats the bride and our recommended number of 2 guests.

    Its best to focus on 1 or 2 people whose opinion you really value, too many people can make it very confusing as they normally all have different views and this can make it even more difficult to decide.

    Max comfortable capacity is 4 guests.

  • Ideas! We highly recommend initially browsing our collection on the website. We love to see your Pinterest boards, saves from our Instagram page or any images that help give us an insight into the look you envisage for your day.

    We also highly recommend having an ideal spend in mind to ensure your stylist is showing you the best possible collection of gowns.

    On the day we recommend wearing nude (or pale colour) underwear to your appointment. A lot of our dresses are far more supportive than you might think, so you may find you don’t need a bra.

    It’s also a good idea to bring a pair of shoes that are a similar heel height to those you intend to wear on the day. They don’t have to be the exact pair, it just helps you get more of a feel of how the dresses will look.

  • We have a stunning range of accessories in store to complete your bridal look. These include intricate designs from Victoria Percival as well as handmade, made-to-order pieces. Many of our designs are customisable, meaning we can create a truly unique personalised finish.

  • Due to the nature of wedding dresses, it is highly unlikely that a sample dress will fit you perfectly. It’s amazing what we can do with some pins to give you the best indication of how your dress will look once fitted, though! The sample sizes we tend to stock range from 10-16, and your bridal stylist can best advise on how easily a sample dress could be altered to fit you.

  • As our appointments are limited, we want to ensure we are devoting our time and expertise to brides who are genuinely hoping to find ‘the one’. We charge a styling consultation fee of £30 for our weekend appointments. For midweek appointments, we only charge the £30 if we are not given 72 hours’ notice of a cancellation.

    As last-minute cancellations and no-shows can affect our business, we hope the consultation fee will encourage brides to keep their appointments. However, we understand plans can change so should you need to cancel, please do so by providing 72 hours’ notice. Less than 72 hours will result in a £30 charge.

  • Yes, we are proud to be able to offer our personalised in house seamstress experience with the very talented Lucy to all our brides. This will ensure that not only that your dress fits perfectly but also we can design bespoke changes and additions to your gown.

    The cost of alterations are naturally not included in the price of your gown. Usually, you will need a maximum of 2-3 fittings. We can provide you with guidelines as to the cost of possible alterations before purchase but your are also free to use your own seamstress of course.


  • This does depend on the bride!  However, in our experience we find that 12 - 18 months before the wedding is ideal. We feel this is the best time scale as it gives you the maximum choice without fashions changing too much. If you do not have this long please do contact us, we may still be able to obtain your gown within a shorter time frame.

    We are happy to see organised brides with longer timescales and understand the need to choose a gown before planning other aspects of your wedding. We just recommend shopping once you feel in a position to commit to a dress as the styles and samples we hold in the boutique are constantly changing

  • Typically our dresses range from £1500 to £5000. Should you require a gown outside of this range please do let us know, we may still be able to help.

Service Terms & Policies

  • Before progressing with your order, we will need confirmation that you agree to the terms and conditions of sale. It is strongly recommended that you read this document in full and to keep a copy for your own records. 

    MiliMili Bridal Ltd agree to complete a sale/order on your behalf under the terms and conditions mentioned below: 

    • You have checked and agree the style, size and colour of the items ordered/reserved are correct.

    • You agree to items ordered with a 50% non-refundable initial payment.  The outstanding balance to be settled 12 weeks after the date of order.                

    • All goods will remain the property of MiliMili Bridal Ltd until full and final payment has been made.  No goods are to be removed from the premises until the full and final balance of the order has been settled.

    • If full payment has not been received within 30 days of the agreed date, full ownership of the goods will revert to MiliMili Bridal Boutique. 

    • All monies are non-refundable and non-transferable to other orders should the customer change their mind or cancel the wedding.  As a made-order product, we cannot cancel the dresses so full payment will be required.

    • We strongly recommend you take out wedding insurance.

    Measurements

    • All gowns are ordered following the manufacturer's size charts with the measurements being taken. 

    • The customer has consulted the size chart and agrees with the size being ordered. 

    • MiliMili Bridal Ltd cannot be held responsible for any changes in measurements which may occur to the customer’s body, shape, width, size or height. This includes pregnancy, post-pregnancy and surgery. 

    • MiliMili Bridal Ltd cannot be held responsible for any measurements supplied by the customer (e.g over the telephone, email, text message etc)

    • Exact colour shades or fabric designs on trims including lace cannot always be guaranteed with material/fabric swatches used for guide only. All goods are subject to slight dye variations in manufacturing, this is outside of MiliMili Bridal Ltd’s control. 

    • Alteration charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid for separately. Alterations should be expected as standard.

    • Any alteration cost provided at the time of purchase is an estimate.  The seamstress will provide you with the price to be paid once she has seen you in your dress and assessed what work needs completing. 

    • Alterations are carried out by an independent seamstress, she is not an employee of MiliMili Bridal Ltd. Brides are not obliged to use the seamstress and we cannot be held responsible for any work undertaken. 

     

    Goods Delivery 

    • Standard deliveries are 12-24 weeks from the date of ordering unless we are waiting on final measurements or if that customer has specified a later delivery date agreed at the time of ordering.  Wedding gowns can take up to 10 months to arrive in store, however, they may arrive sooner.  If we are waiting for final measurements from you, it is your responsibility to give us sufficient time to order your goods.  We cannot be held responsible for late measurements.

    • It is the customer's responsibility to give the correct wear dates, or if getting married outside of the UK to ensure we are given the correct departure dates to ensure your goods arrive on time. 

    • Short notice or rush orders may be possible at the discretion of management and the designer/manufacturer. Any additional costs in securing an earlier delivery date remains the sole responsibility of the customer. 

    • MiliMili Bridal Ltd is not responsible for incorrect dates given by the customer at the time of ordering. 

    • MiliMili Bridal Ltd is not responsible or liable for colours, fabrics and styles that we do not hold in store if the customer is not happy with them on their arrival in store. 

    Goods Arrival/Collection

    • Customers will be notified when their order has arrived in the boutique by email, letter, telephone or text message. 

    • Any late payments will incur a £10 per week late fee. If after 30 days the balance has not been paid, all goods will revert back to the property of MiliMili Bridal Ltd and all part payments forfeited.

    • MiliMili Bridal strongly advises that make up/fake tan is not worn at any of your dress fittings.  If you decide to wear make up, MiliMili Bridal cannot be held responsible if this marks your dress.

    • MiliMili Bridal Ltd cannot be held liable for the damage or loss of goods once the customer has taken them away from the premises. 

     Sale/Discounted Stock

    • Sale items are either ex showroom stock or discounted samples and are NOT SOLD AS PERFECT.  The customer has examined these items at the time of sale and are willing to accept these defects.  

    • The items are sold as seen and cannot be returned/cancelled once purchased.  

    • All monies are non-refundable and non-transferrable to other orders.

      This contract shall be subject to English Law and the jurisdiction of the English and Wales Courts. The terms and conditions of this agreement do not affect your statutory rights and they remain unaffected. 

    I agree to the above terms and conditions. I confirm that the measurements taken will be used for my chosen order and confirm that I agree to the balance owing. I have been informed and agree to any additional surcharges which may apply to the order.

     SAMPLE SALE DRESSES

    MiliMili Bridal Ltd agree to complete a sale/order on your behalf under the terms and conditions mentioned below:

    • You have checked and agree the style, size and colour of the items ordered/reserved are correct.

    • If a payment plan has been agreed, you agree payments will be paid as set out in the plan within the agreed time.  Failure to maintain regular payments will cancel this agreement and all outstanding balances will become due for immediate settlement. Payments made via payment plans are also non refundable. 

    • All goods will remain the property of MiliMili Bridal Ltd until full and final payment has been made.  No goods are to be removed from the premises until the full and final balance of the order has been settled.

    • If full payment has not been received within 30 days of the agreed date, all goods will revert back to the property of MiliMili Bridal Ltd and all previous/ part payments forfeited.

    • All monies are non-refundable and non-transferrable to other orders should the customer change their mind or cancel the wedding. 

    • MiliMili Bridal Ltd cannot be held responsible for any changes in measurements which may occur to the customer’s body, shape, width, size or height. This includes pregnancy, post pregnancy and surgery.

    MiliMili Bridal Ltd agree to complete a sale/order on your behalf under the terms and conditions mentioned below:

    • You have checked and agree the style, size and colour of the items ordered/reserved are correct.

    • Full payment is required at time of order.          

    • All goods will remain the property of MiliMili Bridal Ltd until full and final payment has been made.  No goods are to be removed from the premises until the full and final balance of the order has been settled.

    • All monies are non-refundable and non-transferable to other orders should the customer change their mind or cancel the wedding.

    • Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same item, within 7 days of dress delivery. We kindly ask that the dresses are returned to us in their original condition - new and unused.  Items may not be refundable if they are not returned in the same condition they were delivered in.  Please note, this means no make up, fake tan, deodorant marks, accidental spills or snags. Any postage costs incurred from exchanging the dress will need to be paid for by the customer.  

    • Alteration charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid for separately. 

     ACCESSORIES

    MiliMili Bridal Ltd agree to complete a sale/order on your behalf under the terms and conditions mentioned below. Signing this agreement is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions:

    • You have checked and agree the style, size and colour of the items ordered/reserved are correct. 

    • All monies are non refundable and non-transferrable to other orders should the customer change their mind or cancel the wedding

    • Standard delivery is between 4 and 12 weeks, however can arrive earlier/later depending on designer stock levels. 

    • Exact colour shades or fabric designs on trims including lace cannot always be guaranteed with swatches used for guide only.  All goods are subject to slight dye variations in manufacture, this is out of MiliMili Bridals control. 

    • Sale items are either ex showroom stock or discounted samples and are not sold as perfect.  The customer has examined these at the point of sale and are wiling to accept these defects.

    Returns

    If you are unhappy with your online purchase, you can return/exchange your item to us within 14 days of receipt. A return request is to be sent to enquiries@milimili.co.uk.Items are to be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition – if the piece is returned faulty, damaged or unsellable upon inspection then the refund could risk being denied. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    To return your product, you should mail your product to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning items of high value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. f you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

  • This privacy policy sets out how MiliMili Bridal uses and protects any data that you provide. This policy may be updated at any time, so please check back regularly to ensure that you are satisfied with any changes.
